Can I disable emails received by buyers (orders, etc.)?
It is not possible to deactivate emails such as order confirmations or delivery reminders.
How do I delete customers/buyers or users?
Click into the buyer profile and click on the trash can icon in the top right corner / Delete users by using the trash can icon in the user row.
How can I set changes for a group of customers?
Select those for whom the changes should apply by activating the checkbox, and then click on the "Edit" button that appears at the bottom of your screen.
How do I temporarily block a buyer?
Blocking buyers is done in the same way as deleting on Orderlion. The supplier can click on the red trash can button that "deletes" the buyer, effectively only preventing them from having the ability to order. This "deleted" buyer can easily be restored with one click with all the settings and users they had.
