# Invitation via the Orderlion App

It is very easy to send invitations to your web shop via text, WhatsApp or mail from your app. Here's how:

1. Open the customer view on your Orderlion app and select the customer who has not yet accepted an invitation. &#x20;
2. Click on "Invite customer".
3. Click on "Send invite".
4. Decide which platform (text, WhatsApp, mail) you want to use.
5. Send the invitation. Feel free to add a greeting or note.
