# Invitation via the Orderlion App

It is very easy to send invitations to your web shop via text, WhatsApp or mail from your app. Here's how:

1. Open the customer view on your Orderlion app and select the customer who has not yet accepted an invitation.  
2. Click on "Invite customer".
3. Click on "Send invite".
4. Decide which platform (text, WhatsApp, mail) you want to use.
5. Send the invitation. Feel free to add a greeting or note.
