Looking to enhance product visibility, clear out stagnant inventory, and engage your customers online? Then promotional campaigns in the campaigns tab of Orderlion are the solution for you.
With Orderlion, you do not have to be a creative mastermind to create compelling promotions. Really, creating an effective campaign is a breeze.
ποΈβπ¨οΈ Boost Product Visibility: Showcase new or seasonal items prominently. This helps customers quickly find and order these fresh products, leading to higher order values.
πΈ Clear Out Slow-Moving Stock: Provide discounts to make room for new items in your warehouse.
π Entice Online Shoppers: Delight your customers with exclusive online promotions. This provides a strong reason to transition from phone or email to ordering online.
Start by navigating to the Campaigns tab and click on the "+ Create Campaign" button.
Name and design your campaign. Add an internal name, select the display type (choose between an image, colourful box, with up to five product images), craft a headline and subheading, and optionally, include text for the campaign page.
Select the product(s) you want to promote.
Choose to either highlight products or offer a quantity discount. If you opt for the latter, select your desired discount from the dropdown menu.
Specify who should view your promotion and set its validity duration. And there you have it! Your campaign is now ready.
Once your campaign is set up, you can choose to save it for later or activate it immediately.

For added flexibility, click on "More" to edit, pause, or delete the campaign.
Click on "Announce" and share the campaign through the chat.
To view how your customers perceive the promotions, simply click on the image or enter the shop preview mode.
Track the performance of your campaigns in the overview. See how many users have viewed and interacted with it, and find out how many have ordered promoted products.
Don't forget to check the conversion rate β the percentage of people who both viewed and made a purchase.
