### What is the Documents feature?

The Documents feature empowers you to seamlessly upload and share various types of documents including invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, product sheets, flyers, offers, and more.

The Documents feature is now available to all Orderlion customers using the desktop version. Don't miss this your opportunity to explore its potential!

### Ready to Get Started? Here's How:

1. **Open the Documents tab** in the Orderlion Portal on your computer.
2. Click on the "**Upload Documents**" button. Several formats are supported (PDF, XLS, CSV, PNG, JPG etc.). Alternatively, integrate with your ERP system for automated document sharing.
3. **Select customers/groups** who will be granted access. Optionally, **assign the document** to a specific order.
4. **Notify your buyers** via the chat for quick and effective communication.

💡 And here's the best part: Your customers can access their own Documents tab to view the attached documents related to their orders.
