# Invitation via the Portal

You can send the individual invite code to all customers all at once.&#x20;

Depending on whether the phone number or mail address are provided, your customers receives an invitation by text or mail. With the new [invite edior](/resources-for-wholesalers/invite-customers/invite-editor.md), the invite message can be previewed and edited.

Tip: For your customers not to be surprised about the invitation, it is best practice to prepare them via mail beforehand. Send a mail or newsletter informing them that they will receive and invitation to your Orderlion shop. We are happy to share a template with you.
