# Invitation via the Portal

You can send the individual invite code to all customers all at once.

Depending on whether the phone number or mail address are provided, your customers receives an invitation by text or mail. With the new [invite edior](/resources-for-wholesalers/invite-customers/invite-editor.md), the invite message can be previewed and edited.

Tip: For your customers not to be surprised about the invitation, it is best practice to prepare them via mail beforehand. Send a mail or newsletter informing them that they will receive and invitation to your Orderlion shop. We are happy to share a template with you.

You want to add a more personal touch? Simply send the invitations individually from your own email programme or WhatsApp Web.
