How do I export order details (all customers / specific customer)?

You can search for all orders of a specific customer using the filter, then select all orders and choose "Download Excel" -> "Order Details" or "Ordered Products by Delivery Date" from the bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

Do my customers receive an order confirmation?

Yes, by default, a customer receives an order confirmation, just like you do.

Do customers receive notifications when the order is shipped?

NO, no further confirmations/notifications are sent. You can contact the customer directly (chat, phone).

Where can I set deadlines and delivery times?

Navigate to Settings -> Shop Settings -> look in the "Manage Logistics Settings" section and select which deadline the supplier wants to process. Individual delivery times can be set for each deadline. More information can be found under Shop Settings.

What happens after the delivery times are set?

You always have to select all customers for whom the new delivery date should be activated under the customer table.
