🖥️Invitation via the Portal

The easiest and most effective way to onboard your customers to your ordering app is through invitations by text or mail. You can send these directly from the Orderlion portal on your computer.

You can send the individual invite code to all customers all at once.

Simply open the "Customers" tab in Orderlion, select all customers and click on "Invite". Here is a video guide on these three clicks:

Depending on whether the phone number or mail address are provided, your customers receives an invitation by text or mail. With the new invite edior, the invite message can be previewed and edited.

Tip: For your customers not to be surprised about the invitation, it is best practice to prepare them via mail beforehand. Send a mail or newsletter informing them that they will receive and invitation to your Orderlion shop. We are happy to share a template with you.
