I received an email from my supplier, what should I do next? Web: Accept the invitation/click on the link - then set your password and place your order. Mobile: Accept the invitation/click on the link - download the Orderlion app - then set your password and place your order.

Sign-in:

Forgot password? Click on the "Forgot password" button during sign-in.

Orders:

How to cancel an order? Click on "Order History" in the navigation bar, hover over the order line & click on the "More" button with 3 dots on the right side, then if possible click on the "Cancel Order" button.

How to reorder? Click on "Order History" in the navigation bar, hover over the order line & click on the circular arrow that appears to repeat the selected order.
